Brasserie Le Bistro sur Beaune

I came a few weeks ago and it was an excellent discovery. The food was good, the service impeccable, and the drinks selection varied—perfect. I recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves without breaking the bank while enjoying a wonderful wine.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, with a special mention for our waiter: the service was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, simply outstanding. The dishes were delicious: we started with eggs meurette with Chardonnay, a steak with fries, followed by a gourmet coffee—everything was perfectly executed. The wine list is also very good and well-curated. All this at a very reasonable price. Finally, the setting deserves special mention: a chic, intimate, and cozy atmosphere, truly delightful. A warm welcome, attentive and impeccable service, flavorful and nuanced dishes, and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Expert advice on wine pairings: Fixin les Herbes red and Meursault Premier Cru white. I have very fond memories of my visit to this restaurant. The menu included snail fondue, eggs meurette, pollack, black Burgundy chicken, crème brûlée, and Bourdaloue tart.
