The food at Le Central is always excellent; we've never been disappointed. This is our fourth time eating there in the last four seasons.
Five stars for the servers, who are always humorous and provide impeccable service.

Highly recommend this place! We celebrated birthday here and received the most amazing service and food even we didn’t have reservations. So grateful for amazing hospitality! We stayed very late and all restaurants around were closed and at this place party was still going on, many tables were still filled with happy people.
Every dish was absolutely delicious!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Francky the waiter, who was perfect from start to finish. However, the sole, priced at €75 (compared to €45-50 last October, an increase of over 50%), is hard to swallow. At that price, a question for management: was the sole imported under escort from the Strait of Hormuz?

Le Central is a true Deauville institution, a restaurant that feels like it has been part of the city forever.
I absolutely love its old-school style and timeless atmosphere.
The servers are dressed in a classic, traditional way, and most importantly, they are true professionals who know exactly what they’re doing. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare.
Everything we had was fresh, delicious, and well prepared.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to step back in time and experience the days when restaurants had real character, authentic service, and a true sense of tradition.
Definitely a place to experience when visiting Deauville.
