Les 4 Chats sur Trouville-Sur-Mer

What a great find! The rice pudding is amazing!!

A must-see in Trouville! Simply the best!

I came here for dinner with four friends. The setting is unique, with a predominantly red aesthetic. The upstairs bar is very attractive, as are the mirrored features. The food is excellent. For my starter, I had a well-seasoned salmon tartare; the cod for my main course was melt-in-your-mouth tender, served on mushrooms with a delicious butter sauce. The desserts are tasty, especially the rice pudding, which is their signature dessert.

Very good, very nice, a little pricey but the quality is there

From a culinary standpoint, it was a real success: the meat was of exceptional quality, and we thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. I'm giving it 5 stars for the quality of the meal, but I do want to point out two small areas for improvement: * The bread served at the table was rock hard (in both baskets we received; hopefully, it was just bad luck that evening). * A minor service mishap: the waiter collected some cutlery he thought was unused and put it back in the clean basket, but one of them was already buttered. The darkness on the terrace probably contributed to this, but it was a bit jarring. This doesn't detract from the quality of the meat, which is definitely worth the trip, but these details deserve to be addressed!

A dish advertised as serving two was charged twice: the meat dish was expensive but served only one person. I didn't appreciate this misunderstanding.

A very pleasant evening, delicious traditional and high-quality cuisine.

We had a lovely time, the food was excellent, the atmosphere very warm, we will gladly return.

Excellent meal, impeccable service, a beautiful setting with a little surprise... a singer who created a lovely atmosphere. Great, I highly recommend it! I'll be back very soon!

Warm welcome, wonderful ambiance, and everything we ordered was delicious. Special thank you to the staff for making me a very nice vegetarian plate! We were recommended this place by a local whom we'd met while walking around the neighborhood, and she'd told us the service here was wonderful -- she was right!
