Brasserie Le Madison - FERMÉ sur Saint-Jean-De-Luz

The hotel is very well located. The spa in the basement is lovely, with a pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the television and refrigerator were broken and not repaired during our three-day stay.

First and foremost, I want to thank Julien, whose personality makes this place so unique. I remember the place as being in PERFECT condition and spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches that made all the difference: fresh orange and lemonade. The spa was magnificent, and the masseuse was lovely and very attentive to the client's needs, personalizing each massage accordingly. I also appreciated the charming Spanish housekeeper who took such good care of the guests. And I remember the very generous and high-quality breakfast. Thank you to the entire team. It was a very special weekend for us, and you all contributed to making it perfect.

The central location is very convenient for going out, taking walks, or swimming at the beach; everything is within walking distance. The best feature of the 3-person suite: a superb view bathed in morning sunlight.

Despite a computer glitch that led to the involuntary cancellation of our reservation, we received excellent service upon arrival. The management demonstrated great professionalism, responsiveness, and above all, a genuine desire to find a solution quickly. We had a wonderful stay. 😊 A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, kindness, and excellent service. We chose to stay at the Madison as our central point for the Basque country side. The hotel itself is small but charming. Rooms were good size - ours had a lovely view over the city. They also have a few apartments which is convenient. The location is great as you can walk to the train/bus station making travel to other locations very easy - we never used a car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay - not a lot of choice. The pool area is lovely but if more than 4 people can feel crowded. Gym is small. Truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel

A perfect family stay in the La Rhune apartment. The apartment is of very high quality and perfectly equipped. The bedding was excellent, and there was plenty of space. The hotel is very well located, at the top of the shopping street and close to the beach. The staff is attentive and caring; a big thank you to Julien for his kindness and helpfulness.
