Brasserie Le Madison - FERMÉ sur Saint-Jean-De-Luz

We had a delightful stay at the Madison. If the setting, the services and the spa make the hotel a pleasant place, it is the team that transforms these few moments into memorable moments. A huge thank you to Florence, Julien, Maylis for their availability, their listening and their kindness.

They didn't have Spanish television channels in the room, that's why I gave it 3 stars. And we had to charge them the tourist tax of €6 in the Basque country!

We were received with great attention in this superb establishment. This will remain for the whole family as a warm moment that we will reproduce with great joy.

Beautiful establishment, tasteful decoration and pleasant and available staff. We have a great time there! Please note: the classic rooms are very small and you quickly feel cramped. Breakfast is good, nothing more. The offer does not vary from one day to the next and we quickly tire of what is on offer. A special mention for the Basque cake from Marion Pariès! The hotel bistro is very nice but the menu is very short and you can't dine there every day. The spa is beautiful and pleasant. On the other hand, it is difficult to use the gym because it is in the spa and it is too hot. I recommend this establishment for a short stay (2 to 3 nights) but no more!

Great place, close to the city center and the train station to Saint Jean de Luz

Wonderful hotel in the center of Saint Jean de Luz. Recently renovated building, very comfortable rooms highlighting the quality of the beds and decoration. Located in the center but very quiet. The spa highly recommended and very clean. Very attentive staff. On our next visit to the area we will not hesitate to stay at the same hotel.

We took full advantage of our family stay at the Spa Madison hotel. The location, the quality of the service, the spa, the breakfast, the rooms, the friendliness of the welcome, everything was perfect. We felt like we were in a high-end cocoon while maintaining a family spirit. 3 days of relaxation for the whole family. The spa with its sports equipment, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and sensory shower were a real plus for our stay. We will come back with great pleasure!

An excellent address for a stopover in Saint Jean de Luz. An exceptional welcome of kindness, humor and good recommendations for discovering the places (clearly the best welcome of my life in a hotel, by Julien, we will remember it!). The hotel is very well located in the city, and offers very good value for money, with a spa and all associated services. I recommend!
