When passing through Saint-Jean-de-Luz, a great address not to be missed. Authentic Basque cuisine with its colors, flavors and atmosphere with the serving team. I was alone, in hiking backpack mode, and they received me with the same welcome and respect as the other customers who came with family and friends. I wanted to taste the specialty of piquillos with cod and I am delighted to have tasted it at Pablo’s.

Good atmosphere, friendly and efficient service, simple but good cuisine, fresh products.
a downside: side dish: you have to choose between fries or green salad and if you ask for a bit of both you will be charged a side dish, the Basque cake is very good but a small portion at 8 euros! excessive!

Amazing place! From the atmosphere to the friendly staff (which are great with kids). Very authentic and delicious basque cuisine. Can’t recommend enough!! I would give 6 stars if that was an option. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A bowl of water for our little 4 legs...
