Restaurant conveniently located near the train station and main roads. Friendly welcome, quality food, and the owners are very welcoming.

A really great brasserie, the kind you just don't find anymore these days, unfortunately. It deserves to be packed every day. The lunchtime service is excellent; I haven't tried the evening service yet.

The atmosphere at Brasserie Métropolitaine in Roubaix was excellent. The place is clean, and the carbonnade is simply superb; I'll definitely be back just for that. However, the other dishes were a bit disappointing, lacking in flavor. The fries, on the other hand, are excellent, homemade. The service was a little slow; I had to wait to be served, and we had to ask for drinks again. However, the waiter who came after us was excellent—very quick, attentive, and he really looked after us throughout the meal. I still recommend it for the atmosphere and the carbonnade!

A very pleasant lunch today. They serve until 3 pm, which is great. Excellent service, quick and efficient, very good carbonnade, and reasonably priced. The chocolate mousse was also very good. In short, stop by without hesitation if you want to eat well in a welcoming place. Very good value for money.

Excellent memories of this popular brasserie. I'm going back on Thursday with a group of 10. It's very close to La Piscine, a magnificent museum in Roubaix.
