Brasserie Le Saint-Martial sur Angouleme

🎁✨️ A very nice Bouillon, the interior decor is magnificent. A minor point about the menu (flashed yellow: white would look much nicer, like the exterior ;) ). 🍽 A lovely menu with many choices and the option to add extra sides. It would be great to have traditional stews like Blanquette or Bourguignon! As for the food, we were disappointed with our choices. The soup was poorly blended and lacked flavor. The goat cheese salad was far too salty. The cheese was also cold. 😇 The welcome was very pleasant and friendly. Quick service and reasonable prices! In short, a great concept that just needs some tweaking in the recipes!

Exactly what I expect from this type of brasserie: simple, good, hearty, and very reasonably priced at €40 for two courses, dessert, and drinks. The welcome is friendly, the service is quick, the checkered tablecloths are a nice touch, and the 1950s Parisian brasserie style is well done. We'll be back.

Excellent value for money! I loved this restaurant, Au Bouillon: they serve delicious dishes at very affordable prices, and the menu offers a good selection! A great place to enjoy a wonderful meal!

A simple restaurant like any other, but not like a real Bouillon with dishes cooked the old-fashioned way? Nevertheless, it's good, with good service and not too expensive.

We arrived at the end of the service, not many people there, and the construction work in the neighboring square was quite noisy, hence the 4 in atmosphere. We ate very well, we enjoyed ourselves for a very reasonable price. Very friendly staff.
