We came for lunch as a group of six, including two teenagers and our dog, and we had a wonderful time. We received a very warm welcome: the entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive. The menu showcases seasonal and local produce, which is truly evident in every dish. Everything was delicious, with flavorful and well-prepared meals. The value for money is excellent. The lovely view of the Charente River is a real bonus and makes the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the whole team for your hospitality and this delightful culinary experience. We will gladly return!

I'd love to go there, but unfortunately, someone who works there, who lives below me, is awful to the neighbors and therefore probably to the staff. Even though she's retired, she continues to be awful.

We ate well, but our reservation had been cancelled... several dishes on the menu were unavailable... the dishes we ordered were good. The service was unpleasant. No apology or explanation for the missing dishes... a shame. The atmosphere isn't what it used to be.

A very pleasant surprise at "Le 102," a restaurant next to the tapas bar "Le River": we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time at dinner. The waiter was welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. The dishes are delicious and reasonably priced. Special mention goes to the lovely, idyllic terrace and the tables overlooking the Charente River. The desserts are simply excellent.

Arriving without a reservation on a Saturday evening, we received a very warm welcome. The beef tongue (rarely offered in restaurants) was very good, and the floating island dessert was excellent. The pastry chef even offered us a taste of the crème anglaise before we ordered; I don't usually like overly sweet desserts. Well done for this professionalism! I recommend this establishment.
