Brasserie le Salô sur Sisteron

I received excellent service today from a kind and pleasant waiter! It was a welcome change from Marseille. And the value for money was very good considering what I ordered! I highly recommend it.

Excellent ice cream and super friendly servers!!

The absolute best place in Sisteron for excellent breakfasts, aperitifs, or dinners at very reasonable prices compared to the local offerings. They also serve small meals (I was able to order just one course despite being two people at the table, after being banned from ordering a single meal at a nearby pizzeria). Great prices, excellent food quality, friendly service, and even great music. It's no coincidence that it's very popular. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, and the seating is nicely shaded. The cappuccino is okay. Unfortunately, the ice cream is mediocre. I could only distinguish the chestnut and pistachio flavors by their color. I can't comment on the food itself, though; my review only refers to the ice cream and coffee.

We always receive a warm welcome, especially when Justine and Yannick are there. They are both always very smiley, kind, and caring. Thank you to them for their professionalism and good humor every day; it's a pleasure to come when they're here 😉

Excellent welcome, superb daily special.

We spent three days in Sisteron, had lunch and drinks at this establishment, and were very well received by the waitresses. The service was impeccable, and the meals were very good value for money.

We often come on Wednesday evenings, and the waitress is lovely, always very kind, smiling, and eager to help. The waiter she often works with is just as nice. It's a pleasure to be served by staff who are both highly professional and very friendly. Thank you! 😄
