Everybody talks about the atmosphere. And it is how they say ! The interior deisgn is simple , cozy and different at the same time. It is a special location that you need to see, at least once, because it is actually in a barn. Very interesting.
But we need to talk avout the food!!!
Amazing taste, everything has flavour, intense in flavor , one of the best dinners i have ever had.
Salad, fries, Ribeye Steak, Venison Stew. Knepfle pasta evey thing was very, VERY GOOD! So much damn TASTE. 12/10 The down side is that they need to work a little bit on the deserts. They are lower compared to the rest of the dishez.
Go try this place, it s amazing!
Make a reservation before 1 week, so u can make sure you get a table.

Beautiful restaurant in a historic setting.
Food was excellent. Service not as top notch as food. Restaurant was extremely busy but this should not affect the level of service.

The truffle knepfle is one of those meals that I will be dreaming of forever! The whiskey sours were amazing! My husband got the ribeye and it was a little chewy but overall good! I got the Pinot Gris and it was divine. I hope I can come back here one day because my experience was fantastic.

Great and inspirering servings, but 2 drawbacks:
a) For a restaurant at this level, the service has to be above average. On several occaions we had to actually call the waiters to get their attention - 2 samples: When seated we said we wanted an apertitif. We had to call again for that. The first serving arrived before the wine we ordered - Completely unacceptable. Our glasses were not kept up by the waiter, we had to pour the wine ourselves several time during the evening (But not always)
b) No Wine servings by the glass, which is a little problem, if you prefer optimal pairings.

Had a lovely lunch here on the patio while stopping through the city. My boyfriend and I got two different fish dishes that were both great. The lemon dessert was the star of the show.

Amazing service, food and atmosphere. We are welcomed with smiles by the waiters even though we spoke broken french. The staircase was stunning so I wanted to take videos, the waiter even showed me where to get the best shot. The food was generous in portion and easily the best meal I've had in France. I recommended the simmental beef filet tagliata. Would come back
