We had a wonderful time at L’Instant in Ajaccio. We ordered two salads, which were excellent: very fresh, generous, and truly delicious.
The service was impeccable. The entire team was very pleasant, attentive, and responsive. The servers came by several times to make sure everything was alright, which was much appreciated.
To finish, we ordered dessert, and the cookie was simply delicious! The servers also gave us excellent recommendations.
A special thank you to Charles, who looked after us throughout the meal. He was smiling, professional, attentive, and truly outstanding. We will definitely be back!

The waiter was pleasant, available, kind, and attentive—I could go on and on, as nothing else truly characterizes them. The same goes for the meal. Well-prepared, fresh, and homemade, the food was excellent! It's refreshing to see that there are still restaurateurs who do their job properly.

Absolutely fantastic! You can go there without hesitation! Top-notch service! We had a poke bowl and a Ruby smash burger! Incredible! And the white wine was great too!

Passing through on vacation and recommended by a local tattoo artist (1842_tattoo), I found this place.
What a fantastic discovery! The food is delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The cocktails are simply excellent, perfectly crafted.
Special mention goes to the exceptional service: a warm, smiling team who took great care of us from beginning to end. We truly felt welcome.
I highly recommend this brasserie and will definitely be back!
