I've known Brasserie L'Instant for a long time, and it's always a real pleasure to go back. In fact, it's where I take my friends and family when they come to visit us in Ajaccio.
Quality cuisine, a fantastic team, and above all, consistency that truly makes all the difference. Never disappointed in all these years, quite the opposite!
An address I wholeheartedly recommend.

A summer visit to this brasserie with its seasonal menu and delicious homemade dishes (the pesto is irresistible). A dynamic, welcoming, and warm team; a pleasant atmosphere on a quiet street with a bit of a breeze (ideal in these summer temperatures).
In short, don't hesitate to stop by for a very pleasant meal at reasonable prices.
(My daughters also mentioned that the place is very aesthetically pleasing 😀)
