Brasserie l'Olympique sur Lievin

This is my go-to lunch spot whenever I'm in Liévin. The welcome is incredibly warm and friendly. The menu is traditional. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful postcard of local produce and authenticity! What a culinary revelation! If you're looking for a place that truly honors the region's roots, look no further. This restaurant is a gem that successfully upholds tradition without ever resorting to clichés. Their potjevleesch, served in an unmolded terrine, is absolutely divine. The recipe has been revisited with sublime flavors—look no further... this is it! The establishment is run by an owner who pays meticulous attention to each and every customer—not to be missed (and that's coming from a Parisian!).

First experience and absolutely fantastic...a truly original brasserie. Excellent and high-quality dishes. Don't hesitate, it's a refreshing change from the chain restaurants in Liévin.
