Quick service from friendly but somewhat disorganized staff. The food needs improvement. The fish and chips were overcooked and smelled bad. The floating island dessert was soggy in the custard, and the cookie was burnt, but the kitchen staff described it as "normal." It was below what I've eaten at other restaurants in the chain.
