The service was very pleasant, with smiling and friendly staff. We ate on the terrace. Our dishes were excellent.

Extremely slow service 🐢… The servers seem understaffed. Nevertheless, the dishes 🍽️ are very nicely presented and quite tasty. The portions could be more generous; it's not for those with a big appetite. The lemon pasta 🍋 was particularly good.

A very nice restaurant! Despite being busy and having a bit of a wait, the staff remained smiling and pleasant throughout the meal. There were a few minor oversights, but nothing serious, especially considering how busy it was. The service was quite fast, and the team did their best to satisfy the customers. We had a great time.

We had a lovely family meal at your restaurant. The atmosphere and service were attentive and calm, making us feel right at home. First and foremost, I have to say that you're not rushed into the restaurant. I don't like pushy behavior, so this is a good sign. We were shown upstairs. Even the cutlery is tactile and interesting. Great! The food (set menu) and wine were perfect. The server spoke some German and English. A good choice! My review is for a weekday!

07/06/2026: Perhaps the best restaurant in Saint-Malo, though can’t say for certain as we didn’t eat anywhere else. Le Bristot du Rocher blew us away from start to finish. From the homemade sourdough to the delicious wine selection, it’s all top quality. Including the staff who hosted us so generously. Would come back to Saint-Malo just for another meal. A must!
