Dinner on a December evening, so no splendid view, normal. Very well eaten. Excellent dish and dessert. Pleasant service with a little lack of professionalism. Distribution of cards at the tables without specifying the dishes on the menu but absent in the kitchen. A downside in this restaurant located on the 5th floor, the kitchens are on the ground floor. All dishes pass through the elevator shared by restaurant and hotel guests. The plates pass through without a bell where is the hygiene in this restaurant. Small elevator, we are confined among the plates. Very surprising for a restaurant of this range

Salle de restaurant au top avec une belle vue sur une partie de St Malo. Dommage que la cuisine manque un peu d'originalitée. La carte est meilleure au Chateau Briand.
