Brasserie Technopole sur Ollioules

Despite a generally present atmosphere, I remain hungry. The sequences are sorely lacking in fluidity, with often poorly timed transitions and off-beat pieces. The display of video clips on the screens spoils the surprise effect, because we guess in advance the music that will follow, which ruins the pleasure. Some mixes even give a "YouTube megamix" feel, which, for my taste, makes the experience a little too kitsch. The establishment contacted me twice to modify my opinion, an approach that I find frankly borderline. I do it nonetheless, because I want to be constructive. Please note: my comment is in no way aimed at the staff, who are at the top: smiling and professional, they do their best in an often noisy context. But musically speaking, in 2025, with all the technology available, we can't afford to mix like that. There are clearly areas for improvement to consider.

DISCOVERED FOR THE FIRST TIME FRIDAY NOVEMBER 29.... VERY SURPRISED BY THE QUALITY OF THE PLACE, THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD AND AN EVERYPRESENT SERVICE.... AND OF COURSE AN EXTRAORDINARY ATMOSPHERE, VERY WELL MANAGED, MODERN AND ANCIENT MUSIC.... I CAME HOME WITH A GREAT WANT TO COME BACK 🫶🤲🙏🏼🥰😍

I celebrated my 50th birthday and everything was perfect. The meal at the top. Excellent entertainment and very attentive staff. Not to mention the exceptional atmosphere!!! Be careful, remember to book in advance because there are a lot of people.

I had a divine time, a beautiful table in a warm, well decorated place and attentive staff, the menu is so appetizing that you don't know what to choose, the strawberry mojitos are to die for as beautiful as they are delicious, as for the entrecôte is a pure delight, to finish with an equally breathtaking desert, a quickly served and delicious lunch and go to the thecnopole brasserie you will not be disappointed!

Nous étions venu ya 2 ans on s'était régalé, 2 ans après toujours aussi bon , les aliments sont frais et de qualité, merci beaucoup de nous régaler à chaque visite
