I've been coming to celebrate my birthday here for two years now, and I'm always warmly welcomed. I turned 27 tonight at the Brasserie Tecnopole de la Mer. The food was excellent, the managers are very kind, and the waitresses and waitresses are top-notch. The meal was delicious, and there's a great atmosphere for a fantastic evening. I highly recommend it; the ambiance is amazing, and the DJs are fantastic. They play all kinds of top-notch music. I'll definitely be back! 😊

First visit to this place for a friend's birthday. It seems to be a restaurant/party venue judging by the number of people celebrating that night! I'm not a fan of loud music during meals, as it makes it difficult to chat with friends, but I have to admit the DJs know how to create a great atmosphere and get the dance floor going. The food is good too, so definitely don't hesitate.

Thank you to all the team and the owner for this superb evening, everything was perfect. I will be back very soon with friends to party and eat because the food was top-notch, the presentation was beautiful and the food delicious. If you want to have a good time, I recommend Technopole.

We came to celebrate a birthday, and we were absolutely delighted! We received a very warm welcome from both the staff and the owner! The service was excellent. Twenty-two dishes arrived almost simultaneously. The food was a hit with everyone; the veal (incredibly tender meat), the fish, and the burger, all with delicious sides. The atmosphere was fantastic! A wide variety of music played. The security staff were also top-notch! Thank you for a wonderful time.

The man who manages the parking lot is just incredible! Someone parked in a disabled parking space without a permit got a real telling-off. I was very surprised; it's the first time I've seen a parking lot so well managed! Well done. Unfortunately, the DJ… Phew, not a full song, okay, but he talks and talks! Always something to say…

07/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery this charming restaurant in the heart of the village of Ollioules was! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The dishes are meticulously prepared, exquisitely refined, sometimes even daring, yet everything comes together perfectly: an explosion of flavors! The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and we listened with genuine passion as each dish was described. We will most certainly return, especially since the menu changes regularly with the seasons, offering plenty of opportunities for further culinary discoveries.
24/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift certificate for a romantic meal. What a delight! It's an absolute sensory experience. It all begins with Gaëlle's presentation of the menu, then once the choice is made (not easy), comes the visual pleasure of plating the dishes before letting your taste buds feast on the unique but oh-so-delicious dishes. Les Étiquettes is now one of our top 10 restaurants.
