Excellent restaurant! We had the three-course menu this Sunday, a real treat. Attentive service, a wonderful array of flavors, amuse-bouches at every stage, refined and elaborate cuisine. There was a bit of a wait at the beginning, but it was incredibly comprehensive, which lives up to its reputation. We'll be back!

Now let's talk about the restaurant… We were absolutely blown away from the amuse-bouche to dessert… Extraordinarily good (and I mean it). Subtle and refined, this meal left us speechless. My wife and I came on New Year's Eve on our daughter's recommendation. What a wonderful surprise! We were able to dine in the gourmet section, a small room with only five tables. We received a very warm welcome. The entire meal was a delightful discovery. There were nine courses, and we truly savored every bite, with all the perfectly balanced flavors and seasonings. From the lobster to the scallops, the pan-seared foie gras, and even the venison tenderloin (a first for us), we were completely satisfied. All of this was served by a charming young woman who also ensured we had a wonderful time. A restaurant and setting we would definitely recommend to everyone! We will certainly return. A big thank you for this lovely evening celebrating our 40th anniversary.

This review is of the restaurant, not the hotel. Everything was impeccable, as expected from a Michelin-starred establishment. I should also mention that there are many places of this caliber in Spain without a star.

A New Year's Eve dinner that left us somewhat disappointed. The setting is splendid, the wine list excellent, and the ingredients very good. However, there were several hiccups. Mistakes during the aperitif, slow service (the poor young woman seemed overwhelmed at times), a carafe left in the middle of the table without ever being refilled, not enough bread for the cheese, etc. The menu was good but offered no surprises in terms of flavor. A fish from the fish market was barely cooked on two plates, and the simple dessert was overpowering with orange peel. My opinion is therefore mixed, as I expected more original dishes. We anticipated a more exceptional experience from a Michelin-starred restaurant.
