We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel and dined at the bistro and the Michelin-starred restaurant. The bistro offers a lovely selection of superbly prepared dishes in a very pleasant setting with excellent service at a very good price. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The meal at the Michelin-starred restaurant is an absolute highlight: everything is perfect, the ambiance is very pleasant and beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the cuisine is exquisite. We felt extremely comfortable at the hotel: the rooms are very well and thoughtfully furnished, the beds are comfortable, it's quiet, and everything is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere of the hotel, both in the hotel and in the restaurants, is exceptionally pleasant, thanks to the very welcoming family and friendly team. We would love to come back!

What a magnificent discovery this Michelin-starred restaurant nestled in the hills above Guéthary was! Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. From the private parking, which allowed us to park close to the restaurant, to the spotless cleanliness. The decor was understated yet refined and elegant: immaculate white tablecloths, a fresh flower on each table—little details that make all the difference, like a small stool for my handbag. Individual hand towels in the restrooms, and Nuxe hand products were provided. The service was impeccable, with professional and smiling staff. And what can I say about the quality of the meal? A delight from beginning to end. Delicious and original amuse-bouches, a generous starter, a perfectly balanced main course, and a sublime dessert. We opted for the €52 set menu and were absolutely delighted. We will return for a weekend to enjoy the restaurant again, as well as the bistro, which also looks very inviting, while savoring the pleasure of staying on-site. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Superb hotel with a chic restaurant, impeccable service, beautiful rooms, a wonderful view of the village, superb decor, remarkable quality, and delicious food, despite the high price. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent restaurant! We had the three-course menu this Sunday, a real treat. Attentive service, a wonderful array of flavors, amuse-bouches at every stage, refined and elaborate cuisine. There was a bit of a wait at the beginning, but it was incredibly comprehensive, which lives up to its reputation. We'll be back!

A wonderful time spent with my partner. Very peaceful, the staff are lovely and attentive, the welcome was more than perfect. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Now let's talk about the restaurant… We were absolutely blown away from the amuse-bouche to dessert… Extraordinarily good (and I mean it). Subtle and refined, this meal left us speechless. My wife and I came on New Year's Eve on our daughter's recommendation. What a wonderful surprise! We were able to dine in the gourmet section, a small room with only five tables. We received a very warm welcome. The entire meal was a delightful discovery. There were nine courses, and we truly savored every bite, with all the perfectly balanced flavors and seasonings. From the lobster to the scallops, the pan-seared foie gras, and even the venison tenderloin (a first for us), we were completely satisfied. All of this was served by a charming young woman who also ensured we had a wonderful time. A restaurant and setting we would definitely recommend to everyone! We will certainly return. A big thank you for this lovely evening celebrating our 40th anniversary.
