The view is as beautiful as the food served. The €34 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) is a real treat. Wine by the glass starts at €3.50. It's a lovely spot with a view of the Guéthary surf break. We hadn't booked, but I think it's a good idea to do so.

12/05/2026: We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel and dined at the bistro and the Michelin-starred restaurant. The bistro offers a lovely selection of superbly prepared dishes in a very pleasant setting with excellent service at a very good price. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The meal at the Michelin-starred restaurant is an absolute highlight: everything is perfect, the ambiance is very pleasant and beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the cuisine is exquisite. We felt extremely comfortable at the hotel: the rooms are very well and thoughtfully furnished, the beds are comfortable, it's quiet, and everything is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere of the hotel, both in the hotel and in the restaurants, is exceptionally pleasant, thanks to the very welcoming family and friendly team. We would love to come back!
