02/04/2024: Quite frankly, well done! We went with my Spanish family to the restaurant (one of which was vegetarian) to have dinner in the evening until quite late. Needless to say, they adapted everything to our needs, but it's still remarkable. You can trust them. I recommend and threaten to come back ;)

There is a sort of magic that emanates from this place...The view, the sunset, the gentle breeze from the terrace... For a romantic dinner, I can assure you that you won't find better in the area…

31/03/2024: LUNCH ° Location: Old repurposed station. Atypical restaurant, adjacent to a railway line with a view of the ocean in Guéthary. Tables indoors and outdoors (beautiful terrace). Exterior to reserve as soon as the weather is nice! We chose a table with a view of the ocean on high chairs and we forgot (despite the trains passing) that we were eating facing the railway line. In the top ! Very original.. The team is very nice with a lot of humor😁(Once upon a time: “Where are your toilets please?” I won’t tell you any more… Even under torture! Extra 😂) For fans of the genre and surfing enthusiasts, you can admire the waves of the legendary Parliamentia spot (spot compared to the Sunset wave in Hawaii) from the restaurant terrace. Air conditioning-Privatization-Access for people with reduced mobility. ° Reception: Friendly despite the late hour (1:30 p.m.). I emphasize this point because it is very rare for a restaurant to still accept a table at this hour. ° Service: Slightly long at first, but nothing to complain about afterwards. Server, proactive and attentive. We were thus able to discover a fruity organic white wine vintage. Delicious. A small imperfection, no salt and pepper available on the table. ° Menu: A cuisine with 100% fresh produce. Diverse menu full of intelligently linked flavors. 17/03/2024: Undrinkable boss, unshaven and contemptuous. He brings us the dishes, while we were waiting for the aperitifs that we had ordered for a long time, this did not please the gentleman who deliberately made us linger in retaliation. Except for the bill. Personally, we will never come back……….
