I took note, especially regarding the welcome. A big thank you to Agathe who, despite the impending closure, gave me and my family a warm welcome. Frankly, I'm very satisfied; working in the restaurant industry myself, I was pleasantly surprised by her expertise and kindness. Honestly, it's a 5/5 from me.

We often go to Brioche Dorée d'Alma. It's a great place for a quick meal: there's a good selection, and the food is good. The service is always pleasant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Nadia, with whom we've dealt several times. She's always welcoming, professional, and attentive. I'd never taken the time to leave a review before. I recommend this place without hesitation!

I had a wonderful time at Brioche Dorée thanks to Sophie. She's a very pleasant, smiling, and professional sales assistant. She took the time to give me excellent advice, and the welcome was truly warm. It's a pleasure to be served with such kindness. Thank you, Sophie, for this enjoyable experience; I'll gladly return!

20/07/2026: First visit to the Subway in Sélestat. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere pleasant, and the sandwiches are served quickly with tasty ingredients. The staff is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the manager who served us marred the experience: a cold attitude, remarks to his staff made in front of other customers, and obvious impatience… This is hardly customer-friendly behavior, especially for someone who works in the industry themselves. Fortunately, the employees more than make up for it with their friendliness. I will still return, as the value for money remains good.
