A wonderful discovery for us. A charming restaurant with tasteful decor, just steps from the Metz train station.
The portions are generous and of excellent quality. The service is very professional. The owner is incredibly friendly and was able to offer me a cocktail tailored to my dietary restrictions in no time.
The entire menu looked tempting, but I came specifically for the sweetbreads and I wasn't disappointed—a beautiful, perfectly cooked dish. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will gladly return.

Baptiste is an artist who loves to talk about his art and share it simply with his guests. The asparagus was divine; the burger, as its name suggests, gourmet. The entremet, a dessert with a well-kept secret. And finally, with the wines, we move from the art to the science of pairing. Thank you.

We had dinner at this restaurant for Valentine's Day 🌠🥰. The atmosphere was festive and intimate, the staff very pleasant and polite, and the service incredibly fast. The dishes were fresh and delicious. We tried the scallops in a divine sauce, and I had the fish with vegetables, a real treat. I highly recommend it; it's a wonderful discovery!
