Original setting and concept. Excellent food.

If you're looking for a place that combines the speed of efficient service with the quality of a true butcher shop, this is the place to go. You immediately sense that the "Butcher-Restaurateur" concept isn't just a slogan: the product selection is impeccable. The duck is simply excellent. It's rare to find such perfectly cooked and flavorful meat for this type of dish; it's melt-in-your-mouth tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The beef is also flawless. It has a texture and taste that you won't find anywhere else in this price range. You can tell the meat is fresh, well-sourced, and prepared by passionate people. The side dishes (especially the fries) and homemade sauces elevate the entire experience. The welcome is warm, and the restaurant's atmosphere is very pleasant, clean, and modern. A big thank you to the whole team; this has become my new go-to spot. I highly recommend it!

Always very good. But when I order two different dishes on Deliveroo, each with honey mustard, and I only receive one jar of sauce, it's a bit disappointing.
