I bought two tarts for a birthday, one with red berries and one with apricot. It was almost 6 pm, but there was still a bit of choice, and the cakes were truly excellent, thank you so much! They weren't dry at all; they held up well throughout the journey (about an hour). And I'll say it again, they were delicious!

You rarely realize what goes on behind the scenes. I imagined a small team, but fifteen people in production is impressive. Whether it's in the bakery or the pastry shop, the level of quality is truly exceptional. Well done on everything that's been put in place! 👌

The sales staff are always very pleasant. I'm a big fan of the balanced baguette. The bread is always crusty, never soggy. The Easter chocolates we gave as gifts were all very much appreciated.
