La Baraque a Boeuf

20/07/2026: Excellent meat, very tender, surrounded by a delicious pepper sauce. The mushroom puree was also delicious. Finally, a proper dish. The price was more than fair; for the quality, you could even ask for more. Five stars to the chef de cuisine and his staff.

The chicken supreme, meanwhile, was incomparably tender and beautifully seasoned. Each dish testifies to a skill and passion for authentic cuisine.
