Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The accras, salmon, and desserts were excellent. The service was top-notch, and the staff were attentive and pleasant. I asked to greet the owner (Quentin, who was in the kitchen) to congratulate him. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery! We tried this restaurant as a couple on the terrace. The wine list is lovely, featuring regional classics (Domaine les Roches Bleues, Maisons Rouges, etc.). The starters were generous and refined (especially the sea bass crudo and the revisited pan-fried calf's head). The main courses and desserts were also of a very high standard. We will gladly return.

From the appetizers to the desserts, we loved everything. We followed the recommendations and tried the pâté en croûte: a very pleasant surprise. The fish was perfectly seared. The combination of flavors was superb. We will definitely be back to try the autumn menu.

Excellent meal. Bistronomy concept. Short menu, local produce, homemade cuisine, extensive and carefully selected wine list! (Quite a few organic wines in the VDF category!!) Efficient and friendly service. A great find that was missing from Le Mans' culinary scene. Well done to the team!
