It's always a great pleasure to return to Café Bras. The setting is magnificent, and the cuisine is refined; we never tire of coming back, always enjoying perfectly executed dishes. What distinguishes good restaurants from great ones is consistency and excellence. Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Rodez, considering everything.

The welcome was perfectly adequate.
The value for money is poor.
45 euros for a disappointing meal. Going to "Bras" I expected a certain level of quality, which wasn't there. Before visiting the museum, choose another restaurant, because the museum itself is worth seeing.

This café embodies the true spirit of BRAS. Excellent cuisine. Excellent welcome and excellent service. Accessible through the Soulages Museum (which we also recommend) or from outside the museum.
