The meal for 5 people was very good, the only downside was that the waitress asked for our order. I asked her to wait a bit while we finished our aperitifs, which we had all had, and 5 minutes later the main courses arrived.
Too bad, next time we'll have drinks at home and go for dinner at 9 pm.

I had a good time at this restaurant. The dish was tasty, well-presented, and overall enjoyable. That said, I was expecting a slightly different taste, especially in terms of flavors, so I was a little surprised. It wasn't bad at all, just different from what I had imagined or what I was used to. In the end, it was still a good experience, and I don't regret trying it. It all comes down to personal taste and expectations. I might come back to try other dishes and form a more complete opinion. 😊

Excellent restaurant, located next to a lovely park. My whole family enjoyed it one Sunday at lunchtime. The dishes were hearty and the portions generous. The terrace is fully covered, and above all, the staff was very pleasant. The water was fresh, the towels thick, the restrooms clean, and the cutlery was nice! The only slight drawback was the noise; fortunately, we were seated in a quiet corner of the terrace (I am autistic). I would recommend it to friends!

Excellent meals. This is our third lunchtime at this restaurant, and we've always left with excellent reviews. The set menu is under €18 or €19, and from starter to dessert, everything is beautifully presented. There's also a two-course option (starter and main or main and dessert) for under €16. The other dishes on the menu also looked tempting when we saw them being served. The service is professional. Be aware that you need to book for the first seating if you don't want to wait, as the restaurant fills up quickly every time we visit. It's a well-known spot in Rodez. A great option for lunch during a trip to Rodez, just a stone's throw from the historic center and the Soulages Museum.

A fantastic experience at Le Colibri! The tuna tataki was excellent, perfectly prepared, and delicious. The fries were also very good, and the ice cream was the perfect way to finish the meal. I also appreciated being able to choose a non-alcoholic beer.
The welcome and service were pleasant, in a friendly atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this place!

The food and local wine were superb.
