I happened to stop by at lunchtime. The dish I ordered was bland... I didn't even bother ordering dessert, and the service was rather impersonal. I won't be going back.

Passing through Rennes, I stumbled into this bistro at lunchtime. I left charmed by the ambiance, the smiling waitresses, and the quality of the food: simple yet excellent. First-rate value for money. I highly recommend it. It was just missing Tautou back in the day.

My wife and I come here regularly for lunch, and each time we leave with a smile, having had a lovely time, enjoying a delicious meal and pleasant service. I also go there for coffee, with or without other customers, and we're always delighted to see the staff and the warm welcome. It's a charming little neighborhood café, a perfect lunch spot, with parking, table service (increasingly rare these days), and a fantastic terrace for sunny days. Give it a try, and I'm sure you'll agree.

With its idyllic location and outdoor terrace, this neighborhood café is full of charm. Impeccable service thanks to the smiling and pleasant waitresses. The food is superb, reminiscent of my childhood with bold flavors. A must-try if you're in Rennes.

18/07/2026: Excellent food (starter, main course, dessert) BUT: VERY BLAND SPRITZ WITH NO SNACKS, SMALL PORTION OF CHEESE, AND SERVICE NOT UP TO THE STANDARD OF THIS GOOD FOOD. We couldn't find out if all the dishes were homemade; in response to this question, we were given a menu that stated "chef's cuisine" and "wine from winemakers"—why not "from butchers"?! 😄😅 No foie gras despite it being listed on the menu board, no tablecloth, not even a placemat! In conclusion, all of this spoils the otherwise excellent food.
17/07/2026: Excellent food, a decent selection of dishes. We drank some excellent wine; the wine list is simple but quality. Sebastien was very helpful and welcoming! If you're in the area, it's an experience not to be missed.

22/07/2026: Bar-restaurant with trendy bistro-style cuisine. Everything is homemade, and what's great is that the flavors are spot on, although some might find it a bit too spicy. Personally, I love it! Efficient and very pleasant service!
