We were tempted by Caroline's suggestions: salmon tartare with gazpacho coulis, then crispy pulled pork with homemade BBQ sauce, and for dessert, red berry and speculoos cheesecake 😁😍☺️. We thoroughly enjoyed it; it was fantastic, thank you so much. Fantastic!!!!! Lunch with friends on Monday, August 31st. A pleasant surprise: the brasserie was open, unlike many shops and restaurants that are closed on Mondays. The food was excellent, made with produce from a farm near the establishment. Delicious!! The welcome and service were impeccable. Smiles, humor, and kindness were all present. The brasserie is a little out of the way, but believe me, it's worth the trip. Thank you, ladies, for everything; you contributed to our delight. Mimi, Mumu, and Nathalie.
