We recently dined at this restaurant. The two positive points were the pleasant welcome and the fact that they offer vegetarian and vegan options, which is appreciated.
However, we were disappointed by the food. The "Saint-Marcellin purse" wasn't really a purse at all: it was simply a barely warm, unmelted Saint-Marcellin cheese placed between pieces of filo pastry arranged without any real presentation. As for the cassoulet, it was unfortunately quite bland and clearly lacked seasoning and flavor.

I’ve been a few times during my winter stay. The Cassolet is excellent as is the crumble of the day. It’s a good place to do a bit of work with a coffee too.

Great atmosphere and very friendly and attentive service. The duck breast was delicious, but the cassoulet didn't impress us; the beans were undercooked, which was a shame.

The cassoulet formula disappointed me a bit. The cassoulet could be improved a lot, it was watery and quite bland, the salad wasn't worth it and the wine was mediocre.

The burgers and the typical Carcassonne dish we ordered were delicious. The desserts were fantastic, especially the profiteroles.
