Friendly, helpful service, we let them know we were a little hurried due to having a plane to catch and the waiter was very cooperative, advising against the cassoulet which takes a while to prepare.
The dishes we received (duck leg, pasta with chicken & courgette, menu enfant with chicken) were subtly flavoured, creatively garnished, and even the menu enfant came early, whether due to children being less patient or because children are slow eaters and we had mentioned the plane I don't know. Cafe gourmand a delight, including the rich espresso, a highlight.

Very nice staff. We don't speak French but they did not make us feel bad. Good recommendations on wine and food. Excellent meal.

Very good restaurant. A truly top team that does its utmost to be safe on all fronts. So we don't hesitate to tell them that we're in no hurry (we're on vacation after all) and that everything will be fine. Which is verified 😊.

This is one of many restaurants in the Carcassone Center. We stopped on our way from the train station to the medieval cite. They have cassoulet, a few vegan options with some sort of fake meat, and a kids menu. No particular reason to choose this over any other option, but it's a solid choice. We were happy with our meal. In fact, we hope to try making the haiche Parmentier at home!

Die Essensqualität war ok für das Preisniveau aber nicht ausreichend. Bei einem Tomatensalat für 12 € erwarte ich eine hervorragende Produktqualität, die leider nicht gegeben war.
