If you've never tried cassoulet, this is the place to do so. It's a true brasserie, serving traditional but excellent dishes. The pork knuckle is incredibly tender. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. The location is ideal, right next to a parking lot.

A meal with friends under the plane trees. Simple but expertly prepared cuisine; the duck breast was cooked to perfection. The service was very efficient and friendly, all at a great price! Well done to the whole team!

L'Artichaut

17/08/2026: The first time, we booked and arrived before eight, everything was fine; the second time, at nine thirty, they turned us away. It's not allowed. The square is surrounded by other places, and we were spoiled for choice the next evening. But it's not allowed.
13/08/2026: A warm welcome, excellent service, and we thoroughly enjoyed the truffle burger and the sliced duck—I even forgot to take pictures! Passing through Carcassonne, I highly recommend this establishment.
