If you've never tried cassoulet, this is the place to do so. It's a true brasserie, serving traditional but excellent dishes. The pork knuckle is incredibly tender. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. The location is ideal, right next to a parking lot.

A meal with friends under the plane trees. Simple but expertly prepared cuisine; the duck breast was cooked to perfection. The service was very efficient and friendly, all at a great price! Well done to the whole team!

This is a fantastic spot to grab lunch or dinner. We had no trouble ordering despite having limited French, amd our food was delivered quickly (on the French scale of time). Our meals were delicious, and the pricing was fair. I can’t wait to return!

29/08/2026: Homemade fries, a generous salad, good food, in a calm and pleasant setting. A great place to eat in Carcassonne. Thank you for the food! Even the children's menu is homemade. That's become rare.
23/08/2026: We ate as a group of four (two adults, two children). The service was quick and the staff very attentive and friendly. The food was very good and the prices very reasonable. The cassoulet was excellent.
