Excellent dinner, local yet delicate, and impeccable service, pleasant without being intrusive, flawless all around.

A fantastic find in Carcassonne! The staff were incredibly friendly, and we had no trouble communicating in English. The restaurant itself is incredibly charming and offers a wide selection of affordable local French dishes on its daily menu. The food was fantastic: the portions were generous and absolutely delicious. We had the quiche as a starter and the ham with peppercorn sauce as a main course – both highly recommended! It came with fresh baguette and fries. All in all, a truly wonderful and delicious experience. A little insider tip: The nearby parking spaces in the shade of the trees are free from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. The only minor drawback: the restrooms are quite small and somewhat dimly lit. However, this hardly detracted from the overall experience. Highly recommended!

We tried the traditional and vegan cassoulet. I found the cassoulet to be a truly unique dish. The vegan one has a strong vinegar aftertaste. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to appreciate it because of its flavor. I don't think it's related to the restaurant, but rather to the recipe. The staff is courteous, but the wait for the dishes is a bit long. I should point out that there were a lot of people, so the wait may have been longer for that reason.

A rich and tempting menu, you won't know what to choose. The cassoulet is delicious, and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

Great food, great service, and great prices. The duck breast was delicious! We'll be back!

My partner and I had the cassoulet set menu, and it was absolutely delicious, both the salad and the main course. A nice touch was the glass of red wine.

A pleasant little evening with a good meal

Bang average food. Asked for the small tartare as a starter and they refused - asked for mac and cheese and got chips - the prawns are fried with all the flavour on the shells which meant that by the time I had de shelled them there was no flavour on the actual prawns. A lot of work for a very minimal reward (4x prawns). Wine was nice.

Discovered by chance, this simple restaurant delighted us with its hearty homemade cassoulet. A lovely place for lunch before exploring the Medieval City.
