Nice place. Rich cassoulet. Rich wine. Cheese salad and cheese board, perhaps expensive for its quality. Good attention.

I can only say wonders: the staff is attentive, fast and very friendly, the food is very good and at an affordable price, the place is very beautiful, in the Bastide Saint Louis away from tourism.

Arriving unexpectedly, we had a very warm welcome, the cassoulet is excellent! From start to finish we were not disappointed and the waitress was really very friendly and very dynamic! I recommend 100%

While visiting Carcassonne, we stopped at this restaurant where we were very well received and where we ate a very good cassoulet! The desserts (profiteroles and lost brioche) were also very good! I recommend this restaurant 😊

Great service, great interior, thank you! Large vegan menu. Vegan cassoulet halfway between cassoulet and stew, with fresh produce, homemade vegetable broth and absolutely delicious vegan meatballs. Don't change the meatballs or the bread which is incredible. The onion soup is absolutely delicious and generous. As it was so good, I chose starter + main course even if it meant taking the rest away! Thank you for this great welcome!!

Auberge de Dame Carcas

04/04/2024: Our lunch was far better than we anticipated being in such a tourist area. We tried the three course lunch. Spectacular. Auberge de Dame Carcas serves a great cassoulet. Our salads were fresh. The pate was terrific. We had very nice service even during a frenetic lunch rush. Both the patio and dining room are nice. Totally enjoyed it.
31/03/2024: Great place to eat, very good food. We ordered the €19.50 menu on a Sunday and it was great! And also highlight the friendliness of the waiters

31/03/2024: Super well eaten, friendly staff, very reasonable price, too bad the atmosphere was a little too quiet, but that doesn't take away from the fact that we ate very well.
