A hearty, tasty meal at a very affordable price. Quick and efficient service and a very warm welcome. The dish of the day was carefully prepared: calf's head with steamed potatoes, nicely seasoned with shallots.

It pays to arrive early. By 1pm the buffet starter was virtually all gone. Attentive staff.

On the recommendation of one of our campers, four of us dined here. We had a delicious meal. One of the guests was vegetarian, and they even catered to that. This restaurant, located opposite Confolens train station, looks nice from the outside. When you enter, you're a bit startled (as a Dutch person) by the fluorescent lighting, but you can sit comfortably in the back. The food is really worth it, especially for the price! Really lovely menu. Calm relaxing place to have a late lunch. Staff were very friendly. Found the place by accident, not really expecting a meal, just looking for a snack really.
