Cafe de la Gare
Confolens
21/09/2026: We arrived by chance. We were welcomed very kindly and the food was good.
19/09/2026: A very pleasant surprise along the way. You can't get better food for the price. The quality/price ratio is superb. A very complete menu. Everything was delicious, and best of all, the service. An experience to repeat.

Cafeteria de Confolens
Confolens
09/09/2026: Were told this was a decent place for lunch so hoping we were unlucky when we went. Food was basic and coffee almost cold. The service and surroundings were both pleasant though and its a pleasant place to go for a beer
05/09/2026: We ate there on our return from vacation, very good, nothing to complain about.

12/04/2026: A pleasant surprise at this charming little village hotel.
Very clean and cozy.
The room was spacious and comfortable, although the bed was a bit firm for us.
The bar and restaurant were pleasant and offered generous portions.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing with very limited choices.
17/02/2026: Excellent accommodation, with pleasant service

Casa Nostra l'Atlas
Confolens
25/08/2024: Coming for only 2 tacos, we had to wait more than 40 minutes amid the screams of what we think was one of the cooks but also the receiver of orders. This same lady when ordering did not ask for the sauces, perhaps this was an oversight but during the 40 minutes of waiting she could have noticed it. You should also know that the prices are exorbitant compared to the quality, €19 for only 2 medium tacos without fries! Arriving at the tasting which took a long time, we were mixed with the taste of the tacos. Too little cheese sauce, and the pieces of meat were huge as if the meat had not been cut... In short, this experience made us waste money unnecessarily, time and made us feel unwell. which ended in the toilet we will spare you the details...
I don't recommend running away!
15/08/2024: Waiting for a mentally ill person, we'll say we're in an amusement park, it's a long wait of 2 hours, it's excessive

Asiatique cuisine
Confolens
26/08/2024: Great food as usual with very efficient service all at a very reasonable cost.
Will definitely return later in year especially when we are next ion the area.
