Cafe de la Paix Duras France sur Duras

As a Parisian, I've been coming to Duras every summer for about fifteen years, and Café de la Paix has become a must-visit during my holidays. ❤️ This year, unfortunately, I couldn't make it, but I'm thinking about my little get-togethers with Régine: my coffee during the day, my aperitif, and of course, my dinners. It's always a pleasure to see this wonderful team and their warm welcome. 🥰 The food is excellent, the atmosphere is friendly, and with the sun shining on the terrace, it's truly the place to be in Duras! ☀️🍽️🥂 See you very soon, I hope!!!!

While visiting the castle, we had a drink... then indulged in a black pudding terrine. The portions were generous and the taste extraordinary. The waitresses were lovely and always smiling; a truly delightful experience.

A restaurant worth knowing about, though the food is poor, but the staff are very pleasant and professional. And inexpensive.
