Café de l'Hotel de Beaune sur Beaune

We had a lovely time at this very well-located hotel! We were in Room 3, in the main building, and enjoyed a large room, huge bathroom and comfortable bed with high quality linens. The view on the square below was very cool. When the square is bustling on a Friday night, it can be a little loud, but I would have never traded the view. (I just popped on my sound machine app). Best of all was the service: Every worker we encountered was very friendly, kind and helpful. They also anticipated our needs, which is the mark of great service. This hotel is located right in the heart of everything. Super close to the Saturday market and many many restaurants, cafes and shopping. Breakfast was included, so we enjoyed breakfast every morning. ($35 if not included). So many delicious choices; we were hardly hungry for lunch. The hotel arranged a last-minute driver so we could get to Dijon; the car was luxe and the driver was kind and professional. I can’t think of anything I would have changed about our four-night stay.

Exceptional service- so friendly and inviting our entire stay from every staff member. We could not imagine wanting for more- every imaginable need was met and exceeded. The rooms were immaculate, cozy, gorgeous, and well laid out. We had a group of 3 teenagers with us parents…and they were very welcomed and loved the hotel as much as us. Highly recommend for a couples getaway, family getaway, amazing access to Burgandy, easy fun in Beaune, etc. the restaurants were exceptional-honestly no need to stray even those phenomenal bakeries and restaurants seconds away. we cannot wait to come back one day!!! This is everyone’s dream vacation trip & this hotel and staff are why it is so!

Had a fantastic stay at L’Hôtel de Beaune. The service was exceptional—attentive, warm, and always going above and beyond to make everything seamless. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Beaune, making it easy to explore the town on foot. The restaurant is a standout—refined, delicious, and beautifully presented dishes that make it a destination on its own. And the patio is a real gem—peaceful, charming, and the perfect spot to relax with a drink or enjoy a meal, especially in the evening ambiance. Overall, a boutique experience that gets all the details right. Highly recommend.

A stunning property and an very caring and thoughful staff

Amazing hotel amazing service amazing everything worth going to Beaune just to stay here 11/10 I’ve stayed at 5 stay hotels worldwide, Marie is by far the best manager I have ever met. I won’t go into detail but every detail unsalted. Look at MJ reviews 99% negative you are in the top 1% here. Just do it. Thankyou Marie.

Both the rooms and the service were perfect, unfortunately the restaurant was closed
