Café de l'Hotel de Ville sur Espalion

01/01/2026: The four of us had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, we loved the menu, and the food was fantastic – the cheese platter was amazing. The beef from Aubrac, which wasn't on the menu, was especially delicious. There's room for improvement in the ambiance, and the aperitif (pastis) was surprisingly expensive, but the wine was wonderful and reasonably priced.

19/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant! The dining room is very pleasant. The welcome and service were also perfect. The food is excellent! The appetizer, main course, and dessert were truly delicious! Lots of flavor in every dish and beautifully presented! For those with a larger appetite, perhaps the portions could be a little more generous. But everything was perfect; we will definitely return with great pleasure. Thank you!
