English below After returning the rental car at the station, I had a little less than an hour before my train, so I walked to this restaurant for lunch. It's very convenient as it's close to the station. They also have outdoor seating, creating a pleasant, open atmosphere. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer because of my train schedule. I ordered the "Beef Tartare au Couteau." The food came out quite quickly. It was probably seasoned with capers and herbs, and the balance was just right. The beef wasn't machine-ground, but hand-chopped ("au Couteau"), so the texture of the meat was firm and satisfying. I was very satisfied. I wish I had more time to linger. After returning my rental car at the train station, I had just under an hour before my train, so I walked here for lunch. It’s very conveniently located close to the station. I ordered the beef tartare au couteau. It came out quite quickly, which was perfect given my limited time. It was seasoned with what I believe were capers and herbs, and the balance was just right. The beef is chopped by hand with a knife rather than ground by machine, hence the “au couteau,” so it had a really meaty texture and was very satisfying to eat. I was very happy with my meal. I only wish I’d ​​had more time to stay and enjoy the place!

A lovely restaurant right on the Canal du Midi, with a terrace shaded by tall trees. Very friendly owners and service. I love calf's liver and was delighted to find it on the menu! Absolutely delicious! The price is also very reasonable. We'll definitely be back! A short walk along the canal to the locks and the canal bridge is also worthwhile... well worth seeing!
