Le Madison sur Beziers

We were delighted to be the last customers at Madison. We were welcomed late, but with a smile. The dinner was delicious, and the owners were very pleasant! A big farewell to these owners who are retiring—a well-deserved retirement! Thank you for a lovely evening, your warm welcome, and your kindness. We wish you all the best for the coming years.

Passing through and being fans of restaurants and wine, we chose Le Madison. Finding a parking spot was a bit difficult. The welcome was very friendly, the service was efficient, and there wasn't too much of a wait between courses. The local wine wasn't good. The chef was friendly. The dishes were generous and tasty. The presentation could be improved (it's presented like something you'd make at home). We will gladly return.
