Ma Nolan's Vieux Nice sur Nice

Ideally located for exploring Old Nice on foot. Breakfast is uninteresting.

Central location, steps from Piazza Garibaldi and the metro station. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and while the room was a little tight, it was worth it for the price, location, and a very cute neighborhood cat that visited the lobby occasionally. The hotel is right next to la promenade du paillon and Old Nice, but not in the most touristy part. The receptionists were very nice and accommodating. The only reasons I couldn't give 5 stars for room/service were that the cleaning staff entered my room once despite hanging the "do not disturb sign" and I did find a silverfish in the bathroom the first night. Having some ventilation in the bathroom might reduce the risk of bugs, but not a huge deal, as the bathroom was impeccably clean. Overall I would recommend, and I might go back if I'm ever in Nice again.

Good location. Close to the exhibition center and the city center. The room is clean, which is what you expect from a hotel. Breakfast is decent.

We came for a hydrofoil competition and to explore Nice. The hotel is ideally located. It's close to everything on foot: the exhibition center for hydrofoiling, the Promenade du Paillon (Coulée Verte), public transport, and Old Nice. The staff was very pleasant, and the room was clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
