A small, cozy, warm, and very welcoming place. Always a greeting and a smile. The croque chavi is excellent, made with good, fresh, and generous local products, and the crêpes are a real treat. They also have good local wines; in short, a place you shouldn't hesitate to visit for a pleasant time. Thank you again, and happy holidays from the Café des Arts team.

A much-appreciated touch: when it's time for the tip, the owner rings a bell and sets off a Christmas snow globe 🎄❄️ A warm atmosphere and a welcoming atmosphere. Always in a good mood! A superb, welcoming, and dynamic team. In summer, enjoy the magnificent terrace in the heart of the historic center. In winter, stay warm and cozy in a very pleasant setting. Excellent regional dishes, a superb selection of Sancerre wines, and also beers. Not stopping by would be a serious mistake.

Seated cramped in this old-fashioned bistro-café. Rough wooden tables crammed together. The plate was generously portioned, but I was disappointed by the experience of the crottin de Chavignol omelet.

Delicious coffee, a tasty omelet with lovely fresh salad. And very friendly service.

What a little gem! The staff is brilliant! Friendly, funny but very professional! The food is delicious and very good value for money! We went for a drink yesterday while having a look around in Sancerre. We looked at the menu and decided to return today for lunch! And it was amazing! We loved it so much that after doing some wine tasting and visiting a goat cheese farm, we went back for puddings 😆 🤣 😂 This place really understand customer service and home cooked food! Which is why it is always busy, even when the town is dead! Loved it and would recommend if visiting Sancerre!
