Nice place, service a little slow but we're on vacation and the waitresses and waitresses are friendly and take the time to chat. I recommend it. The salad plate is generous.

It's simple: I'm coming back to Sancerre, I'm coming back here! Simple, efficient, delicious, and ABOVE ALL served with friendliness, good humor, and a smile! And that! That's the absolute best!! Thanks again, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and the Picard white wine was a delight!

Nice place to have a drink and a bite to eat in the heart of Sancerre. We went here again this year. A huge selection on the menu. It is located very centrally on the square in Sancerre.

Taste Sancerre

09/08/2026: We had been wanting to come for a long time and we weren't disappointed; we had a wonderful evening with friends at Taste. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food (charcuterie board, Crottin de Chavignol cheese, and duck rillettes with magret) and the drinks (Champagne and Silex white wine). The service was quick, discreet, and attentive, and of course, a special mention goes to the incredible view of the vineyard. Being locals, we will definitely be back!
30/07/2026: A very warm welcome and a lovely selection of local wines. Simple but very good food!
