A small cafe, a true social link in the neighborhood, where you can enjoy local beer and, if needed, have a quick and simple meal... a warm welcome and a clean and lively place.

What a lovely little gem right next to the chåteau! We've been travelling France for three months and this is the first limoncello spritz I have had for a long time! Maybe because we are in the land of Da Vinci and the spirit of Italy is celebrated!? Either way, a very welcoming friendly bar, many drinks on offer, blankets for when you are cold, a beautiful view of the chapel and chåteau... Many thanks for a wonderful evening! Merci beaucoup! 🥂

Passing through to watch the parade, we stopped here for some delicious mulled wine! The crowds on this festive day were disproportionate to the size of the place, but the staff were fantastic. It's a shame some people forget basic manners. Madam, your comment this evening is rather inappropriate given the circumstances. We, the "customers in the back," appreciate a good laugh, but not having your repeated outbursts of loud voices subjected to us. It gets annoying after a while... And I can tell you that the staff very politely asked you to be a little quieter. It's a shame you took it that way. In any case, we appreciated that they tried to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, not just the more extroverted ones 😉.

Sunday, 2 PM, all the restaurants are closed... Except for Le Café des Arts! A warm welcome, Damoiseau ti punch served just like at home, perfect! And everything else followed: a three-star omelet, perfectly cooked and seasoned, light and creamy! We ordered a simple steak haché à cheval (a type of hamburger) and bam! Perfect!! Everything is simple but excellently done! Bravo to the lady in the kitchen and to the gentleman and lady for the impeccable service! I recommend it for its simplicity and excellence. Thank you.

I'm going to combine two posts into one. First, thank you to everyone at Café des Arts for their professionalism, their helpfulness, the location opposite the castle, and the simple yet delicious cuisine at a very good price. I encourage all future vacationers to stop by. The second post concerns Radian Fetita's review. What a complete lack of judgment and objectivity! You were very well received, and from the start, the team informed you that they couldn't accommodate so many people. Instead of criticizing the business owners who work tirelessly every day to welcome you in the best possible conditions, perhaps you should consider educating your children who run and shout in the establishment, to the detriment of other customers. Thank you and congratulations to the entire team at this bar and restaurant.

A quick stop in this time capsule where a friendly atmosphere reigns and the food is simple but good. A short break in a local institution where you can eat cheaply and have a good time. Smiling and very kind staff.

An almost unexpected visit to this unpretentious little bar. The place serves non-stop and doesn't take reservations; if there's room, you have to take it. As for the service, no problem; the contact is pleasant and friendly. As for the food, there's a bit of a wait, but this good brasserie is worth it! Fresh produce, freshly cooked food, and taste and flavors will delight you. Yes, the fries aren't homemade... But the value for money is great. If you're looking for something other than a tourist restaurant, go there!
