Café des Félins sur Besancon

A truly wonderful café in a beautiful, rustic building. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The café is very cozy and charmingly decorated. The cats are very well-groomed and clearly feel at home. Everything is very clean, and we didn't see a single cat hair, which wouldn't be a problem for us in a cat café. We had drinks and a mixed platter, and everything was delicious. The cats were very friendly! All in all, it was a perfect visit! Thank you so much! P.S. The cats even had their own water glasses. ☺️ Reservations are possible and recommended, depending on the day and time. The rule that children under 12 are not allowed makes sense for the cats' sake. We've been to other cat cafés, and this one was by far the best. ❤️

The atmosphere is simply incredible, everything is calm, and it's just so soothing!! The service is perfect, everything was delicious, it was simply amazing, nothing more to say!

We had a wonderful time this afternoon. The café is well located, the person who greeted us was pleasant, offered to answer our questions, and even organized a treasure hunt. The rules are clear and posted at the entrance (hard to miss), so by entering, we automatically accept them. The cookies were delicious and plentiful. And finally, the cats each have their own personality (described on the wall with their little "ID cards"), we were able to pet some of them and observe the others. Thank you again!

Discovering the concept and enjoying the coffee. My aunt and I enjoyed both the drinks (latte and cookies) and the very peaceful atmosphere. The manager is welcoming and friendly. The cats are adorable, affectionate, and beautiful. We will gladly return and highly recommend this establishment. Congratulations and thank you for bringing this concept to Franche-Comté.

A superb, pleasant café with a relaxing atmosphere and top-notch service. The homemade cookies are addictive, and the wide variety of teas and drinks is excellent, not to mention the option of a fresh burger or a charcuterie board. The cats are all very cute, and it's lovely to be able to interact with them when they're awake. Watching them nap is equally soothing.

Great, after passing through a reception area you enter the welcoming Café des Félins. There are of course a few simple guidelines to follow for your contact with the superb kitties that you discover as you go along... A romantic piano bar atmosphere while enjoying a delicious Viennese chocolate...
