Great time! The place is cozy and the cookies are killer! The welcome is great!

Very good place to have a quiet snack, with cats, each more beautiful than the last. The welcome is warm, the manager is really nice and his cookies are excellent.

As a high school student, a few years ago, I used to go to the café once or twice a month... Almost 5 years later, and 2 years after my last visit, and I still have excellent memories of the café and its cats (as well as the manager, of course!). On my next visit to Besançon, I hope to be able to meet the new kitties in photos on the website ☺️... I will miss Gustave and Cosette very much.

A calm café in an extremely cozy atmosphere where everything is done in detail. Plus: Asking Without Cheese is done in a very positive and adorable way.

I have been going to Café des félins regularly for over 5 years, and I have always been very satisfied with my experience. The rules are well explained at the entrance and you quickly understand that the well-being of the felines is a priority for the manager. Drinks are more expensive than in a "classic" café but you have to take good care of the 8 (9?) cute ones and the quality furniture. The food is excellent and everything is made on site (except the burger buns which come from the neighboring bakery). The salad is hearty and the veggie burger is overflowing with cheese. The cookies are delicious and soft. The cats are magnificent and you can see that they are happy to be there. Some are more playful than others, or like to sniff the bags or drink from the glasses of water (the manager will happily replace it for you, no worries). Be careful though, even if most happily let themselves be petted, only the manager, the regulars and a few lucky people will have the privilege of seeing a cat fall asleep on their lap. Little exclusive info: The manager develops board games in his (rare) free time, if you come during "off" hours you may have the opportunity to ask him for a game :)

A lovely experience, the rules are clear and well explained at the entrance, the places are cozy, the cats are magnificent, you must respect them and not disturb them, some will come to see you, others will take naps, a special moment to recharge your batteries, you can book your visit for free on the website with or without friends, I had a meal salad, absolutely enormous and very good. I will certainly repeat this experience.
