Fantastic cafe, great staff, great service, great food, and wine!! Managed to accommodate our family of 8! This was our 2nd visit here as booked in for an overnight stop on the way to the Alps. Christine and her team looked after us very well and we look forward to seeing them all again in 2027!!

We had the daily menu, which offered a variety of dishes to choose from. Every single dish was delicious—it was a true feast, and all for just €19.00! Friendly staff and great service; you should definitely go there for a meal!"

Excellent restaurant! Excellent cuisine with presentation worthy of a fine dining establishment. Bravo to the chef and the owner, who shared his wine knowledge with us. We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place.

We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of the Moillard wine cellar. We were delighted. Excellent local brasserie. The terrace is very pleasant. The service is very friendly. The set menu offers excellent value for money.

28/11/2025: I wandered into this place on a grey, rainy November afternoon in Nuits-Saint-Georges and instantly liked it. Inside, it’s warm and quiet. A cosy tea room with a surprisingly rich selection of teas served in proper kettles instead of cheap bags. Simple, artisanal, and exactly what you want when the weather turns. The staff were friendly, the kind who make you feel like you’ve been here before. Parking right at the door is a pain, but a larger lot is five minutes away, so no drama. If you’re following the Grand Cru route and need a break from wine, this spot works beautifully. Honey, teas, sweets to enjoy on the spot or take home, plus a calm corner to breathe. I’d happily return, especially on a cold day 👍

17/05/2026: Sweet spot in Nuits St Georges. Great area, good menu options. They were able to accommodate my celiac diet, which was a bonus, and even had gf bread for me. We were seated outside, and that was totally fine. My ONLY complaint was that as the evening went on, the temperature cooled a little and we didn't bring extra layers (we didn't realize we'd be outside). Patio heaters would've been a nice addition to the space, but maybe this is a Canadian thing? In any case, don't hesitate to book, but make sure you clarify whether or not you'll be outside, if the weather is iffy.
16/05/2026: What a lovely restaurant. Friendly service, kindly speaking English when they realized our French wasn’t up to scratch. Wonderful French classics: escargots and boeuf bourguignon especially. The wine list is something else; 6 pages of champagne alone! We asked for a recommendation and they served us a wonderful local white and red wine. Great value place.
