The country bread is truly exceptional, and served with a smile despite the heatwave! Open late and all day, thank you! And the fruit tarts are really good! It's one of the best things about our annual holiday in Aveyron!

I only go to this bakery (when I'm on vacation) for the Regalou bread, which I absolutely love! When I leave Espalion, I buy four large Regalou loaves and freeze them as soon as I get home. I absolutely adore this bread!

A truly deserving person, finishing late Sunday night and returning early Monday morning, perhaps looking a little tired, but always smiling, perfectly friendly, and offering excellent advice about her products. Personally, I found the rye bread with seeds tender and absolutely delicious.

18/08/2026: The food is good; the sausage and aligot, the chocolate cake, and the cheese platter are all excellent. It's a shame the service isn't friendly, bordering on unpleasant.

16/05/2026: We stopped by early in the morning before continuing our walk on the Camino de Santiago. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast before setting off. Alain was always ready to help.
07/05/2026: Do you like flies? Do you like eating with flies crawling on your legs and food during dinner. Then this is the place for you. Great place to stay with small rooms, just don't eat here
