Perfect spot to stop for a beer and a slice of Spanish omelet. The service on the terrace was a bit slow, but the barmaid was excellent and more than made up for the delay.

20/04/2026: Finally, a Michelin-starred restaurant where we absolutely didn't regret our reservation! We thoroughly enjoyed the chef's tasting menu! The welcome and the tasting menu were exceptional. This restaurant deserves 3 stars. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Leila and Adrian

The desserts were divine. I highly recommend this restaurant. You can also enjoy the bistro side of the restaurant. In addition, you can visit the beautiful village of Ainhoa. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

20/01/2026: An absolute top recommendation! Superb hospitality and outstanding, personalized service in all areas. Modern Basque ambiance. Quiet location on the edge of the picturesque village, with numerous impressive hikes accessible both directly from the hotel and within easy driving distance. The Atlantic coast (St.-Jean-de-Luz!) is also reachable in about 30-40 minutes. Large pool. Excellent cuisine (vegetarian menus with fish instead of meat are available; purely vegetarian or vegan options are difficult).
