A wonderful stay at this family-run hotel, in a setting that is equally charming. The staff were incredibly attentive and the services were of very high quality. The gourmet dinner with wine pairing was excellent. We will be back!

Finally, a Michelin-starred restaurant where we absolutely didn't regret our reservation! We thoroughly enjoyed the chef's tasting menu! The welcome and the tasting menu were exceptional. This restaurant deserves 3 stars. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Leila and Adrian

This gourmet restaurant is excellent. We had the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was impeccable, the welcome very pleasant, and the food a delight. The desserts were divine. I highly recommend this restaurant. You can also enjoy the bistro side of the restaurant. In addition, you can visit the beautiful village of Ainhoa. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

20/01/2026: An absolute top recommendation! Superb hospitality and outstanding, personalized service in all areas. Modern Basque ambiance. Quiet location on the edge of the picturesque village, with numerous impressive hikes accessible both directly from the hotel and within easy driving distance. The Atlantic coast (St.-Jean-de-Luz!) is also reachable in about 30-40 minutes. Large pool. Excellent cuisine (vegetarian menus with fish instead of meat are available; purely vegetarian or vegan options are difficult).
