Great service, the atmosphere is great, Sophie is so friendly. As for the waiters (ambre mathis and mijoulet) they are so cool.

24/05/2024: The starter of asparagus on a mousseline with jambon was excellent, washed down with a glass of white Marcillac. There are two things you should not miss when visiting the Aubrac. One of them is the local beef and another is aligot, a cheesy creamed potato dish. Both were combined in my main course, and I have seldom had better beef. An elegantly presented cheese course and a half bottle of Minervois rounded off an excellent meal.
24/05/2024: Séjour dans l'hôtel. Chambre confortable et propre. Propriétaires sympathiques. Super petit déjeuner. Rapport qualité prix.

Restaurant de L'Aubrac

11/09/2024: Lovely food and friendly staff categorise this restaurant in two halves (informal front and more formal back). I had a 2 course formule meal, and the local version of lasagne was filling and tasty. Local wine by the glass washed down well! An excellent venue on the main street. Worth a visit.
05/08/2024: Lunch in the garden, a joy. Extraordinary knife tartare. Absolutely adorable boss, super smiling and kind. Very professional service. I highly recommend.
