Delicious meal in a lovely historic setting. Warm welcome, the servers are smiling and helpful. The prices are quite reasonable and the food is delicious. Special mention for the dish of the day: filet mignon (very, very tender), southern vegetables, and mashed potatoes (well prepared and seasoned), in short, it was very tasty. We will definitely be back.

Finding a daily special for €16.50 these days is a real challenge, so try it in the square in front of the Palais des Papes! It was very good.

Absolutely delicious. We started with a divine pinsa with pine nuts, air-dried ham, tomatoes, and mozzarella. The plat du jour was risotto with chorizo ​​and shrimp. 😋😋😋 My husband had a medium entrecote with roasted potatoes. The waitress, a short-haired young woman, was very attentive and friendly, and immediately brought water to our dog. The view was also divine.

Quick and friendly service, with explanations and advice provided when needed. The Salmon Gravlax starter was delicious. The fries were a little overcooked for my taste, but my partner loved them. Great location at the foot of the Palais des Papes; the price is a bit high, but justified by the location. The starter costs almost the same as the main course (€18 for the starter, €22 for the main course).

23/10/2025: Well, we just tried this one out of a lot of restaurants despite of the rather poor comments: we had excellent moules frites, a quite fast service with a nice waiter (he was the only one out of 3 working whilst the other ones were just standing). In the recent past we encountered huge disappointments in restaurants with much higher ratings (even Michelin) with lousy and far overpaid food! So we do not share the negative experiences of others. One thing: don't take your coffee there - the "espresso" was awful!
